I want to take as many photos as I can because the weather forecast is for temps in the low, then mid, then HIGH 90's next week. It should be 99 degrees by Friday. Ugh. So, my sweet peas will be DONE by next weekend, I'm afraid.

Sunflowers
I currently have 6 sunflowers that are blooming. One is past its prime and soon will be a nice feeding station for finches and sparrows. But, the other 5 are doing quite well, if they survive today's winds...
Flowers in my garden~April 26
My flowers as of April 12, 2014. I thought I should document them now because we're having a big wind storm and the sunflowers might get broken.

Sunflowers~Today's Flowers~041314
My sunflowers are growing and growing and growing, as you can see. That's a 6 foot fence between 2/3 of our yard and they are enjoying growing up next to it. In the last week, the biggest one has grown and opened. My sweet peas are doing quite well, too. I'll need to put more organic matter here for next year, but this year I'm happy with the results.
